Te Putake Waiora
The Healing Spring Within
Our Roots
Our Vision
Te Putake Waiora has deep roots implanted in Maaoritanga/indigenous lore, Natural Law and Wairuatanga/spirituality. It is from here where we draw our wisdom, knowledge, our strong spiritual foundation and commitment to empower, raise and elevate consciousness and emancipate people's Mana atua-divinity, Mauri-life force and Moohiotanga-inner-knowing.

Our Mission
Our main mission is to elevate & empower hearts, minds & spirits by establishing strong roots within
We aim to do this by challenging comfort zones, expanding consciousness and helping people recognize hidden gifts, strengths and their natural soul led path!

Our Code of Honour
Aro-haa
Aroha ki te tangata, ahakoa he aha! Unconditional positive regard for a person no matter what the circumstances. We incorporate the humility, warmth, non-judgement and understanding that is aro-haa in action,
Mana Atua
We honour the divine authority flowing through all of life and we look beyond the physical into the Primal source of God-self within every human being.
Mana Motuhake
We honour and cultivate the right of every living being to be their unique individual celf. We understand that a strong sense of identity develops through a strong connection to one's individuality, autonomy and the freedom of creative expression. Accordingly, we provide space for people to be heard & understood. We help to cultivate, liberate & enhance one's mana, by positioning them at the forefront of their life choices.
Tikanga
We foster & embody the principles of right relationship which means respect, responsibility and reciprocity. We acknowledge that all beings have a right to define their own tikanga and code of living as part of their sovereignty and we respect the free will of all. However, we do prioritise safety of care.
Tuhonotanga
We are all interconnected through our Mauri/life force that flows from the source within all of creation. We share a symbiotic relationship with this precious planet and all of her inhabitants. We acknowledge and respect this connection because we belong to one family, we understand that people feel stronger & safer when they are connected.
Kaitiakitanga
We feel a responsibility to protect, guard and look out for each other and the sacred & innocent beings who cannot speak up & out for themselves. So we make a conscious effort to provide a safe space, to be open, to be supportive and to hold the energy of aroha.
Kapowai (Dragonfly)

Kapowai is the power totem for Te Putake Waiora and holds the underlying vision and intention for its kaupapa/purpose. Through Kapowai's energy and symbolism we can learn to navigate our own inner-callings, transitional patterns, soul integrations and spiritual initiations. Kapowai sees the bigger picture from a higher perspective. Kapowai is a shapeshifter birthed from the dark muddy waters of te kore-the unconscious-the realm of potential, it then exalts itself into Te Ao Marama-the light of day (consciousness) and learns to navigate, adapt and learns to navigate the winds of change.
