Paula combines her expertise in Mauri therapy, her knowledge around wholistic and vitalist therapies and her raw life experience to provide a well rounded and grounded approach to healing, well-being and transforming lifestyles from the inside out.

I am the Wholistic Wellness practitioner behind Te Putake Waiora restorative wellness services.
Te Putake Waiora and Waioraflows wholistic her'bals, were birthed from my own restorative healing journey and my initial training as a Mauri Therapist, Professional coach and Adult educator.
People often ask me, 'what do you do?'. For me that question is irrelevant, it's not about what I do, it's about who I am and my vision for what I do! Our life's story is weaved into everything we do, yet we are bigger than that.
My interest in wholistic health began as a teen and naturally evolved as I was finding healthier ways to navigate through intergenerational trauma and the harsh adversity that followed during my childhood & early adult years. Through the hardships in my early life, I was gifted direct insight into what it takes to truly heal and grow from the roots up. This led me down many wellness paths, exploring different avenues, styles, modalities, philosophies and practices. My heart naturally resonated toward nature based practices such as Earth based mysticism, Daoism, Ayurveda, Vedic philosophies, indigenous modalities, TCM, Vitalism and our very own Traditional Maori healing.
I am deeply passionate about restorative healing and health, which centers on root cause healing, psycho-somatic liberation, inner alchemy and transformative health. I also believe that therapy and healing without lifelong learning education is not enduring and we must "know our self" in order to cultivate, harness and embody the healing energy that flows through us all as conduits of nature and change
