First and foremost I am a cycle breaker and change agent for this world!
My deep connection with nature began at a very young age. As a solitary child for many years, growing up in an isolated rural community, nature became my companion and playground, which naturally morphed into passion and purpose as an adult, doing what I love!
This foundation led me to pursue my interests in indigenous, eastern and western healing modalities, delving into areas such as Taoism, Vedic philosophies, shamanism, folk her'balism, vitalism and energy healing. I decided to take these interests further by pursuing education in Maori Counselling/Mauri Therapy, Traditional Maori Healing and Reiki as well as Professional coaching and adult education.
Doing this sacred work has become more than just an interest and vocation, it's a lifestyle and philosophy that I embody and live everyday on the land.

Her-Story
I've learnt that flowing with your own tides means you encounter obstacles, rocks, snags, predators and powerful undertows that are hidden beneath the surface. Due to my early childhood experiences of being alone with nature, I always turned to her for guidance and solace when I encountered these dark and sometimes scary moments in the deep alone.
But it was also these tumultuous moments that guided me to nature based philosophies such as Taoism and a keen interest in eco-spirituality, mysticism, psychology and health from an early age. I continued to follow my natural inclinations which always guided me to healing, transformative health and wholistic wellness.
After over 20 years of following this path, I have accumulated enough life experience, education, knowledge and training to create my own unique approach to Wholistic Wellness as both a professional practitioner and a community her'balist which I'm ready to share with anyone who truly wants to create transformative health changes in their life and who are willing to do the work to get there.
